This wide access means that Singaporeans had better take care of their passports, because it's one of the best passports for global travel.
Not too far off, at 172 countries, Finland, Sweden and the United Kingdom have the most welcome passports in the world.

According to Senior Minister of State for Home Affairs Masagos Zulkifli, in recent years, over 7,000 Singaporean passports have been reported lost or stolen annually.
He added that about 350 travellers have been caught carrying forged or tampered passports at Singapore checkpoints in each of the five last years.
